The Gassville City Council handled two action items during its regular monthly meeting Tuesday night concerning the water tank project. The council appropriated $40,000 from water operation and maintenance funds to finalize payment for the project. The members also authorized Mayor Jeff Braim to take funds from the CD for tank maintenance to pay for water purchase and engineering for the project.
The Gassville council also approved the sale of a piece of firefighting equipment.
