Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has announced another round of appointments, and one local resident is on the list. Lindsey Johnson of Mount Pleasant was selected to fill the unexpired term of Brian Johnson on the Izard County Quorum Court. Lindsey Johnson’s term as the justice of the peace for District 7 will expire Dec. 31, 2020.
