It’s been nearly 11 months since the City of Mountain Home Water Department implemented an online payment and electronic billing service. Water and Sewer Department Director Alma Clark says the service is working well, but there are still city residents unfamiliar with it.
Clark states the service allows residents to pay their water bills online or by phone.

Clark adds the service makes the payments easier not only for the residents, but for the office personnel.

Clark says there are fees for the service. A payment with a credit or debit card has a fee of $2.95, and for those paying by phone, an additional 95 cents will be included. The money from fees goes to the third-party biller.
