The youth center contract and banners are on the Norfork City Council’s workshop agenda Tuesday evening at 6:30 when it meets for a workshop session.The meeting will be held at Norfork City Hall.The council’s next regular session is set for Dec. 17.As a reminder, all meeting documents are available on the city website at City of Norfork.
