Anyone who normally takes recycling to the Baxter Recycling plant on Rossi Road in Mountain Home or who utilizes the curbside recycling picked up by Methvin Sanitation in the city of Mountain Home will see big changes later this week. Officials with Baxter Recycling and Baxter Day Service Center have announced they are temporarily suspending all residential recycling services starting at noon Friday due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paul Neal, executive director of Baxter Recycling, says several factors led to the decision to suspend service.
