The Flippin School Board will follow the first day of classes with a fairly busy agenda, as it meets for its regular August session Monday evening at 7.
The board is set to consider the resignation of high school math teacher Gina Riggs. Christina Chism will be considered to be hired as her successor.
The board will also consider the hiring of Alexa Steinhaus as a school nurse and a point of contact. In addition, the board will vote on a one-year stipend of $3,500 for a point of contact from the CARES Act.
The board is also set to decide on the possible hiring of Amy Butcher as a preschool paraprofessional and student transfers. Amy Robson will present documents approved by the Arkansas Board of Education.
The meeting will be held in the administration building.
