The Arkansas Health Department issued a modified directive Wednesday regarding resuming restaurant dine-in operations that allows for self-service operations, including salad bars, buffets and condiment bars, to operate with certain requirements.
On March 20, the secretary of health, in consultation with the governor, issued a directive that food establishment and restaurant dine-in operations in Arkansas would cease due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wednesday’s revision retains many of the Phase I limits enacted in March.
The full directive is available here.
