High school volleyball is scheduled for Tuesday, as state tournament play gets underway in Arkansas.
Mountain Home will be in Greenwood for the start of the Class 5A State Tournament. The Lady Bombers’ first opponent will be Hot Springs Lakeside.
Mountain Home comes into the match with a record of 12-7. The Lady Bombers enter the tournament as the fourth-seeded team from the 5A-West. Lakeside is the champion of the 5A-South.
Action begins at 3 p.m. at H.B. Stewart Bulldog Arena.
The Class 2A State Tournament will get underway at Cutter-Morning Star High School in Hot Springs. At Eagle Arena, Cotter meets the host Lady Eagles at 9 a.m., and Salem faces Conway Christian at 3. Flippin takes on Conway St. Joseph in the MPB at noon.
Valley Springs will be in Little Rock for the Class 3A State Tournament at Episcopal Collegiate High School. It will be a battle between Lady Tigers, as they play Charleston at noon.
Harrison’s first match in the Class 4A State Tournament will be at Valley View Junior High School in Jonesboro. The Lady Goblins will be paired with Morrilton at 6.
