Democrat candidate Travis Trammell was the winner of the justice of the peace seat in District 2 in Stone County in a run-off election last Tuesday.
The Stone County Leader reports Trammell was the winner over Republican candidate Chip Doss by a vote of 157-98, according to results posted at the election office.
