The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office has requested activation of a Silver Alert for a 58-year-old man missing from Faulkner County.
The notice says Tommy Kestner was last seen on Feb. 19 at 10 Lower Ridge Road near Warming Station in Conway.
Kestner is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 146 pounds. He has short, white hair, blue eyes and has a light complexion.
It’s not known how Kestner might be traveling or what he might be wearing.
