The Dora School District has scheduled kindergarten screening and is accepting applications for preschool for next school year.
The kindergarten screening will be held April 16 at the school. To enroll in kindergarten, a child must turn 5 before Aug. 1.
Parents will need to bring their child’s birth certificate, current immunization record, proof of residency in the Dora R-3 School District and a completed enrollment packet.
If your child is currently enrolled in preschool and is moving to kindergarten, you will still need to make an appointment.

Enrollment forms are available in the school office for Dora preschool and must be returned by May 11. Children are eligible for preschool if they will be age 3 or 4 before Aug. 1.
In addition to the completed enrollment forms, parents of a preschool student will need to provide their child’s birth certificate, current immunization record and proof of residency in the Dora R-3 School District.
If your child is currently enrolled in preschool, you will need to complete a new form and will be placed first on the list.
