The “Empty Bowls” fundraiser for the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas is returning for 2021 and will be held Thursday evening from 4 to 6 at the Mountain Home High School Cafeteria. Tickets are $10 each and are available at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas and Mountain Home High School. Tickets may also be purchased at the door. The first 125 attendees receive a handcrafted ceramic bowl.

The event was canceled last year due to COVID-19 and Food Bank of North Central Arkansas CEO Jeff Quick describes how the 2021 event will be conducted.

A new feature for this year is the addition of vacation trips that may be purchased with proceeds going to the food bank. Each purchase can fund more than 3,600 meals for the organization. Quick explains the addition.
