A third person has been charged in connection with the death of a 19-year-old Salem man.Travis Eugene Baker of Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested by Salem police Friday. On Monday, the 19-year-old Missouri resident was charged with first-degree murder for his involvement in the death of Davidlee Alan Kane Stansbury.Baker joins 20-year-old Jacoby Auston Goehler of Salem in being charged with first-degree murder in Stansbury’s’s death. Forty-one-year-old Jennifer Harnden of Salem has also been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree, a Class A felony. Harnden has been identified as Goehler’s mother.Stansbury was reported missing on March 23. His body was located March 26 a half-mile west of Republican Road in northern Fulton County. It appeared Stansbury had been shot, law enforcement officials reported when the body was recovered.
Goehler remains jailed on a $500,000 bond, while Harnden’s bond was set at $250,000 by Judge Larry Kissee. Baker is scheduled to appear before Judge Tim Weaver in Melbourne Tuesday morning.
