A Mountain Home man was seriously injured in a three-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in Howell County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Ronald Koziol received serious injuries and was flown to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.
The report indicates a vehicle driven by Koziol crossed the centerline of the highway and struck a motor home driven by 78-year-old Ronnie Doss of West Plains. Koziol’s vehicle then struck the vehicle driven by 65-year-old Randy Moran of Koshkonong.
Both Moran, and a passenger in his vehicle, 64-year-old Shirley Moran of Koshkonong, were taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains for treatment. Doss was not injured.
The accident happened on U.S. Highway 160, three miles west of South Fork at 12:30 Saturday afternoon.
