Baxter Regional Cardiology Clinic at Harrison will open Wednesday. Located adjacent to Baxter Regional Crossroads Medical Clinic at 1420 U.S. Highway 62/65, the clinic will be the practice of cardiologist Ron Revard, M.D.
Dr. Revard is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine (UAMS). He completed an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at UAMS and has over 35 years of cardiology experience in northern Arkansas.
To prevent any disruption in care during the transition, current patients of Dr. Revard should complete and sign an Authorization to Release Medical Information Form. It is recommended patients complete one of three options to request medical records are transferred to Baxter Regional Cardiology Clinic at Harrison. The three options are
• Stop by the clinic to sign a form;
• Call (870) 741-6065 to request a form via mail or email; or
• Visit baxterregional.org/cardiologyharrison to download a form
