
Three members of the Mountain Home High School cross country teams competed over the weekend in the 2021 Arkansas vs. Oklahoma All-Star meet at Rogers High School. The race has pitted individual state champions from each class and several other top All-State runners from both states against one another for more than 20 years.
The Bombers’ Andrew Westphal was the first Arkansas runner to cross the finish line and finished fourth overall. Ky Bickford finished in 21st place.
In the girls’ race, Mountain Home’s Rylee Patterson finished fifth among the Arkansas runners and eighth overall.
The Arkansas runners won both the boys’ and girls’ titles this year.
