The Cotter City Council will meet Thursday evening at 6.The agenda includes the confirmation of two appointments on the planning and zoning board and resolutions to adopt the 2022 budget and to submit an application to the Arkansas National Resources Commission (ANRC) for possible infrastructure funding for water line replacement in the downtown area.This meeting will be held in the council chambers of Cotter City Hall.
