The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet Monday afternoon at 1.Items of new business on the agenda include rezoning property owned by Angela Kuypers, located at 812 Sanford Lane, and property owned by James R. Neff, located at 1034 South College Street. Both requests are to rezone the properties from residential R-1 to commercial C-3.
Under the City of Mountain Home zoning ordinance, commercial C-3 properties are considered quiet services and shall not be open beyond 6 p.m. or before 6 a.m.
Other business on the agenda includes rezoning residential properties owned by Ronnie Gilbert, located at 1145 South Church Street and 1153 South Church Street, from residential R-1 to residential R-2.
All three property owners are represented by attorney Ted H. Sanders.
The last item on the agenda includes a variance for The Dels Inc. presented by Mark Bertel Jr. for property located at 147 South Main Street.
The meeting will take place in the council chambers of the Mountain Home Municipal Building.
