Thursday’s bright sunshine and mild temperatures did not feel like mid-January in North Central Arkansas. The National Weather Service says these conditions are about to change, with the area having been placed under a winter storm watch for the weekend, until Sunday at 6 a.m.
Meteorologist Joseph Goudsward with the National Weather Service in Little Rock says the pending storm is set to bring significant changes.
