The festival gets underway with the morning parade at 9. Participants will line up at Second Street and Dalton Avenue. The parade will go down Second Street, turn onto McLean Avenue, go across Cotter Road (Arkansas Highway 345) and end at the park. Anyone seeking information about the parade should contact Christian Beck at 636-238-6414.

The music will start with the 9N Band taking the stage from 10 to noon. The Leslie Williams Band will later perform from 1 to 3.

One of the newest features for this year’s festival is a large mobile aquarium. Nazarenko says the aquarium will be provided by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
