The Mountain Home Junior High volleyball teams dropped two of three matches at home to Batesville Tuesday evening.
Batesville won the junior high match 2-0, winning by scores of 25-20 and 25-16 to drop the Lady Bombers to 1-1 on the season. For Mountain Home, Lauren Rauls had seven digs; Cara Jackson finished with five kills, four assists and one ace; and Aspen Vostatek had six assists, one kill and one ace.
Mountain Home took the junior high J.V. match 2-0, winning by scores of 25-15 and 25-20 to improve to 1-1 on the year. Addie Dewey had three aces and three digs; Bailey Byrd had two kills and one block; Kenna Medley finished with two aces, one kill and one dig; Katie Gould had six assists and Katie Goes had two aces.
In the 7th grade match, Batesville won by scores of 15-25, 25-20 and 15-13. The Mountain Home 7th grade team is 1-1 on the season.
The Mountain Home junior high teams will host Valley View Thursday.
