The Flippin High School volleyball team wrapped up the week on a successful note. The Lady Bobcats picked up a four-set victory after topping Izard County with scores of 25-17, 25-4, 15-25 and 25-20.
Cheyanne Merkel led Flippin with 11 kills, and Ally Hodges added eight. The Lady Bobcats improve to 5-3 on the season.
Flippin’s junior high squad also defeated Izard County in straight sets.
