MHJH volleyball wins 1 of 3 matches at Marion

The Mountain Home Junior High volleyball teams lost two of three matches at Marion Monday evening.

The lone win came in the junior high varsity match. The Junior Lady Bombers improve to 5-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play after winning by scores of 25-19, 12-25 and 15-8.

For Mountain Home, Lauren Rauls finished with ten digs; Daelyn Harper had two kills, eight blocks and four digs; Aspen Vostatek had four aces, four assists and eight digs; Cara Jackson had two kills, two blocks and eight digs; Lorelai Green finished with five blocks and two kills; and Deanna Human had five blocks.

Marion won the junior high J.V. match by scores of 25-18 and 25-13. The Mountain Home Junior High J.V. team is now 2-2.

Marion also won the 7th grade match 25-13 and 25-13 to drop Mountain Home to 3-4 on the season.

The 7th and 8th grade Lady Bombers travel to West Plains Tuesday evening beginning at 5:30.

The junior high varsity travels to West Memphis Wonder for a conference Match on Thursday.
