Friday and Saturday the 76th annual Yellville Turkey Trot will take place on the Yellville Square.
Mid-Marion County Rotary member Alesia Owen, who is coordinating the event, spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits, and The Boot News to talk about the schedule of events for the festival.

Friday morning starts with an All American Breakfast at the American Legion Hut Post 61 from 6 until 10.
The opening ceremonies kick off at noon with the presentation of colors by the American Legion Hut Post 61, national anthem, Yellville Summit Band and the Flippin Band.
Each day will be filled with food trucks, local breweries, craft and business vendors, and entertainment.
Friday’s events include
– Jukebox Wino from 1 until 3;
– Lip Sync Contest and Adult Lip Sync, sponsored by FBLA Club 3:30 until 5:30;
– Melodakats from 6 until 7:30;
– Street Dance featuring Jerry Hopper Band from 8 until midnight.
