A residential addition tops the three building permits issued in November, according to a report from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.
The permit has been issued to Jim Wood for property located at 1509 Pine Tree Lane, with a construction value of $49,803.
One other permit has been issued for a residential addition to Weather Wise Contracting for property located at 714 8th Street with a construction value of $29,874.
The last permit issued in November was for a commercial sign, it has been issued to West End Salon, located at 347 West 6th Street, with a construction value of $100.
Total construction value of the three permits equals $79,777.
The cost of all permits issued in November equals $564.
A breakdown of the permit fees shows $60 spent in building permits; $149 in electrical; $75 in HVAC; $240 in Plumbing; and $40 in securities permits.
