A wind chill watch will be in effect for north central Arkansas from Thursday morning through Friday morning, and southern Missouri will be under a wind chill warning from noon Thursday through noon Saturday.

Meterologist Thomas Jones of the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock says an arctic front will move through during the day on Thursday.
