Motorists who have been involved and ticketed in an accident within the 14th Judicial District, must appear to their court date on the ticket, even if they have paid the fine prior to the court date.
District Judge Jodi Carney recently spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits, and The Boot News to clarify a policy which has been in place since the 1990’s.
