A Lakeview man with a history of alleged sexual assault charges was booked into the Marion County Detention Center Wednesday.
Thirty-year-old James Flow faced felony counts of rape and intimidating a witness, but was released an hour and a half later according to the Marion County inmate roster.
Bond was set at $50,000.
The affidavit in the case has been sealed stating if information was released to the public it may compromise the ongoing investigation.
Flow was previously charged with three felony counts of sexual assault in Baxter County, and was arrested in Fulton County for the same charge.
