A fire destroyed an outbuilding Monday afternoon in western Mountain Home. No injuries were reported from the fire at 3407 Highway 62 West.
According to the report, the Mountain Home Fire Department was alerted to the blaze at 12:30. Twelve personnel responded to the structure owned by Bob Ghiarino and were on the scene for two hours with two engine companies, a tanker and two support vehicles, and six additional personnel were on standby.
The blaze reportedly began in the kitchen area. The outbuilding sustained 100% fire damage.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
