A Fulton County woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident Friday night in Randolph County. Sixty-one-year-old Wanda Kinkade of Glencoe was pronounced dead, and 62-year-old John Kinkade of Glencoe was one of five injured in the accident south of Ravenden.
According to the Arkansas State Police, John Kinkade was the driver of a vehicle on U.S. Highway 63, and Wanda Kinkade and two minors were his passengers. An SUV, driven by 32-year-old Farrah Dalton of Highland and occupied 32-year-old Jackey Dalton of Hardy, was traveling in the opposite direction. The SUV reportedly crossed the center line and collided head-on with the vehicle occupied by the Kinkades.
Farrah and Jackey Dalton and the two juveniles were also hurt in the accident. The injured parties were transported to St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
The road was dry, and the weather was clear at the time of the 11:36 p.m. accident.
