MH City Council to discuss NATS partnership Thursday night

The Mountain Home City Council will hold it’s regular scheduled meeting Thursday night at 6 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.

Items on the agenda include an ordinance to change a property zone from R-1 to C2A at the corner of Roberts Drive and U.S. Highway 62/412 West; permission to sell surplus light poles to the city of Calico Rock; an amendment to an ordinance setting filing fees for petition to the Planning Commission and City Council for rezonings, special use variances and annexations; an ordinance to waive competitive bidding for the purchase of a 2023 Ram for the Water and Wastewater Department; discussion on the partnership between North Arkansas Transportation Services (NATS) and the city; and approval of a construction manager for the Sharp Family Fire Station.
