The Mountain Home Diamonds watched their season come to an end Saturday in their second elimination game in the Fastpitch America Softball Association Class C 16-and-Under and 18-and-Under World Series at Branson. After making a comeback and tying the game, the Diamonds gave up four runs in the fifth inning and suffered a 10-6 loss to Sugar and Spice from Crowder, Oklahoma
Katie Camp and Kaelyn Gooch led Mountain Home as each went 3-for-3 on the day. Mallorie Drewry added a double and a sacrifice bunt.
