District 4 AR State Representative Jack Fortner announces retirement

On Wednesday, District 4 Arkansas State Representative Jack Fortner announced he will not seek reelection in 2024. Fortner states he will finish out his term, which ends January 1, 2025.

Fortner spoke with KTLO’s Heather Loftis regarding his retirement announcement.
