Prior to the Mountain Home City Council meeting Thursday night, a public hearing will be held at 5:55 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. The hearing will include a discussion about vacating a utility easement located on part of lots 55 and 56 of Big Creek Estates within the City of Mountain Home.
In regular business, the council will then vote on the ordinance to vacate the easement in Big Creek Estates; hear an ordinance annexing property contiguous to the water and sewer improvement district zoned as commercial C-2; and an ordinance amdending the city’s contracted wholesale water rates.
The council will also vote on the acceptance of the audit of the general fund.
