The threat of severe weather continues for the Twin Lakes Area Wednesday evening. A tornado watch is in effect for Ozark, Taney and Douglas counties in southern Missouri until 10 p.m.
Meteorologist Travis Shelton from the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock says the window for severe activity ranges from 7 to midnight.

Another concern with the activity is the possibility of heavy rains. A flood watch is in effect for the entire Twin Lakes Area through Wednesday evening. Shelton says motorists will need to use caution if they are out on the roads, especially with low water crossings.
