Two Mountain Home residence suffered injuries in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Ozark County. Seventy-four-year-old Colleen D. Pearson suffered minor injuries, while 75-year-old David L. Pearson suffered moderate injuries, both were transported by ambulance to Baxter Health for treatment.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, David Pearson was traveling north on Highway 5 in Ozark County. He was one mile south of Wasola when his vehicle started sliding due to hydroplaning, ran off the left side of the roadway, impacted the ground and came to a controlled stop.
Pearson’s vehicle had moderate damage in the 11:00 a.m. accident.
