Mountain Home man injured in motorcycle crash

A Mountain Home man was injured in a motorcycle accident late Thursday afternoon in Baxter County. Twenty-two-year-old Jonathan Morrison was transported by ambulance to Baxter Health with what were termed suspected minor injuries.

According to the report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Morrison was southeast of Mountain Home on County Road 69. He was attempting to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the roadway. The motorcycle reportedly hit the ditch bank and slid on its side, and Morrison was ejected. He had cuts, scrapes and injuries to his left shoulder.

Damage to the motorcycle from the 4:24 p.m. accident was estimated at $4,000.
