The Mountain Home High School tennis teams had a good day on Thursday as they took on Valley View at the Mountain Home Athletic Club.
The Bomber teams beat the Blazers 6-2 in varsity action. Mountain Home had wins in doubles competition from Nadia and Bianca Talbot, Kelsey Blackwell and Bella Dotson, Pierce Blackmon and Finley Chafin and Strat Rucker and Noah Recktenwald. They also came away with singles victories from Mary Charles McConnell and Landon Horne.
Mountain Home also took the junior varsity competition 7-1. The J.V. Bombers’ doubles wins came from Kate Vanderstek and Sienna Reed, Chandler Jones and Tyler Webb and Noah Recktenwald and Zane Durracq. The singles wins came from Jace Godfrey, Bianca Talbot, Nadia Talbot and Hannah Baker.
