Tuesday evening, prior to the Flippin City Council meeting, a public hearing was held to discuss the purchase of the Farmers & Merchants Bank Building for the purpose of expanding municipal offices in an effort to create more accessibility for citizens.
City of Flippin Mayor Heith Hogan, Police Chief John Spence and Fire Chief David Hannah spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits, and the Boot News where Mayor Hogan says that lack of space is what created the need to consider this purchase for the city.
