
Baxter Health has announced the addition of Edwin “Ed” Roeder, MD, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, to the medical staff and the team of healthcare professionals at Baxter Health Bone & Joint Clinic.
Roeder is now accepting new patients at the clinic, as he joins the practice of Win Moore, MD, and Cheyenne Morgan, PA-C.
In addition to seeing patients at Baxter Health Bone & Joint Clinic in Mountain Home, Dr. Roeder will join the other clinic providers in traveling to clinics in the secondary markets, including the Family Clinic at Melbourne and Family Clinic at Mountain View. This will allow Baxter Health to bring vital specialty services to the secondary market communities in need of such services.
Dr. Roeder is said to be renowned for his commitment to patient care and his excellence in the field of orthopedics. Officials state he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clinic. His integration into the team underscores Baxter Health Bone & Joint Clinic’s ongoing mission to offer comprehensive, top-tier care to all patients.
Dr. Roeder is recognized for his proficiency in diagnosing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. His approach to care integrates innovative techniques with traditional methods, always striving for the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Roeder received his undergraduate degree in biology at Stanford University in Stanford, California. From there he attended Baylor College of Medicine in Waco, Texas, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Roeder completed an internship and residency at Texas A&M University and Scott White Hospital and Clinics in College Station, with emphasis on sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Roeder has relocated to Mountain Home, joined by his wife, Kristin. He also has two daughters, Elise and Elaina.
