This Friday and Saturday, the Mountain High School Bomber Theatre group will present “Clue”, an adaptation from the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn and written by Sandy Rustin. Additional material was provided by Hunter Foster and Eric Price.

Approximately 24 students are involved including cast members, technology and backstage staff. Students have been rehearsing three times a week for at least two hours and have had multiple five-hour rehearsals on Saturdays.

Kylie Andrews, Troupe 6560 President, stated “My favorite part of the play has been watching everything come to life and really feeling like we are in the moment.”

MHHS Bomber Theatre member and Assistant Stage and Sound Manager, Madelynn Kilcoyne, encourages the community to support the students involved and come prepared to think. Kilcoyne says, “I’ve read through the script a couple of times, and I still ask myself ‘Wait, what?’.”

A donation jar will be available for the audience to vote for which character they think “did it”.

Theatre & Speech Director Karen Maupin said “Come prepared to have a good time, and to laugh!”

“Clue” will be performed this Friday and Saturday night at 7 in Dunbar Auditorium. Tickets $10 for adults, and $8 for students and are available at mhhsbombertheatre.ludus.com.
