Mountain Home issues 8 building permits in September

A report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager, Jeannie Anderson, states eight building permits were issued in September.A new commercial remodel permit was issued to Wagner Construction on behalf of Access Medical Clinic located at 1607 U.S. Highway 62 East with a construction value of $320,000.Americom Construction was issued a permit on behalf of the Women’s Wellness Clinic for a remodel with a value of $170,855.

Three commercial sign permits were issued to the owner of Auntie Anne’s Food Truck located at 1610 U.S. Hwy. 62 E with a value of $200; to Oxford Signs on behalf Salty Senorita located at 1007 U.S. Hwy. 62 W. with a value of $2,600; and to Dijohn Designs on behalf of Vining Electrical Service LLC with a value of $550.

A permit was issued for a storage building to Linda Crotts located at 620 Bryant Street with a value of $1,750.

Two permits were issued for residential additions and structures. One was issued to Linda Dewey for a residential ACC structure located at 1143 Leonard Drive with a value of $6,000. The other was issued to Bob Crider on behalf of Mike Vawter for a residential addition located at 113 Olympic Drive with a value of $45,000.

Building permit totals for the month of August equals $6,465. An estimated total construction cost equals $546,955.
