This week, the North Arkansas Partnership for Health Education (NAPHE) in partnership with the Prevention Awareness Youth Support (PAYS) Coalition will be hosting an exhibit for parents during the open house events for Mountain Home and Yellville-Summit parents and students. The exhibit entitled “Hidden in Plain Sight” is an opportunity for parents, teachers and others who work with youth to experience and explore the environment of a teenager and learn to spot signs of possible substance misuse and risky behaviors. Items will be placed in the exhibit which may indicate the teen is using tobacco, alcohol or other drugs in obvious, well-hidden and in plain sight.

On Wednesday, the exhibit will be at the Yellville-Summit High School’s Community Health Fair from 1 until 6. On Thursday, the exhibit will be at Mountain Home High School from 1 until 6 during parent/teacher conferences.
