Operation Christmas Child will begin collecting shoebox gifts during National Collection Week November 13 through 20. Participants in the Twin Lakes area will be able to submit their prepared boxes that give children around the world the opportunity to recieve a christmas gift.
Area Coordinator for North Central Arkansas, Shari Alexander, tells KTLO, Classic Hit and the Boot News that East Side Baptist Church is the central collection point locally but there are other options for people outside of Mountain Home.
