On Wednesday, Baxter County Quorum Court incumbent for Justice of the Peace for District 4 Dirk Waldrop, announced he will be seeking reelection to a fourth term.
Waldrop is a member of the Baxter County Republican Committee, the National Rifle Association, Military Officers Association of America, US Naval Institute and is a contributor to Judicial Watch. He is chairman of the Baxter County Quorum Court Personnel Committee and President of the Baxter County Republican Men’ Club.
Waldrop is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and served 24 years in the United States Army. Waldrop states “Since my first day as a Justice of the Peace, I have been committed to serving the citizens of Baxter County. I will continue to insist on maintaining a responsible, fiscally conservative county government which serves the interests of the citizens first.”
Waldrop is the owner of Ozark Dynamics, a company specializing in defensive firearms training and corporate security. His wife, Michelle, is an employee of Baxter Health.
