
The Mountain Home High School teams competed in a meet at Batesville on Saturday.
The Bombers finished third in the boys’ team standings. The host Pioneers won the meet, and Clarksville was second. For Mountain Home, Caleb Due ended up second in the 200-yard individual medley and the 100-yard breaststroke, and Ajay Reiss took second place in the 100-yard freestyle. The team of Due, Benny Vetter, Izaiah McKee and Jacob Parker finished second in the medley relay.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Bombers were fourth behind Clarksville, Searcy and Greene County Tech. Peeka Traver ended up second in the 100-yard butterfly and the 100-yard breaststroke.
