Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin reports the arrest of 41-year-old John Mosley of Benton on 30 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.Authorities executed a search warrant at his home on December 11th. However, Mosley was not found at his home. He was later arrested at the Love’s Travel Stop in Malvern as he was preparing to travel out of state. Griffin praised the special agents in his office who investigated the case, along with assistance from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office.
Mosley was booked into the Saline County Detention Center where he is currently being held pending a bond hearing.
