Rogers Purple Heart veteran was surprised Wednesday with a new mortgage-free home for he and his family.
Aaron Mankin was injured while serving in Iraq with the Marine Corps in 2003. He’s been at Rogers the past decade working on veteran service.
The Marine’s home was made possible through ‘Building Homes for Heroes’ a nonprofit that has provided some 360 homes to veterans since its creation in 2006.
