Baxter Health announced this week two clinics have moved to new locations.
The Baxter Health Heart & Vascular Clinic and Baxter Health Nephrology Clinic are now both located in the Baxter Health Medical Arts Building, adjacent to the hospital located at 628 Hospital Drive.
Baxter Health Heart & Vascular Clinic, the practice of Dr. F. Michael Bauer, Dr. James Munns, Dr. Kent Nachtigal, Kathy Prinner, APRN and Emily Brown, APRN, opened in its new location onDecember 11 in Suite E-1, on the ground floor of the Medical Arts Building. The clinic phone number remains the same at 870-508-3200.
Baxter Health Nephrology Clinic, the practice of Dr. Grant Mathews and Joyce Stratmoen, APRN, previously located in Bradford Square in Mountain Home, relocated to the first floor of the Medical Arts Building, Suite 1A-1, December 18. The clinic’s phone number has changed to 870-508-1950.
