The postseason continues for college football, and Missouri will be in what’s traditionally known as a New Year’s Six bowl game. The Tigers will meet Ohio State Friday in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic at Arlington, Texas.
Mizzou finished the regular season ranked ninth in the College Football Playoff rankings with a record of 10-2. The Tigers ended up as the runners-up of the SEC’s Eastern Division. Ohio State ended up seventh in the CFP rankingst with mark of 11-1. The Buckeyes were second in the Big Ten’s Eastern Division with their only loss coming to Michigan, the top-seeded team in the playoffs.
Kickoff at AT&T Stadium is scheduled for 7. Friday’s game can be seen on ESPN.
